How does PalmSecure work?
PalmSecure, which is the result of over 20 years of Fujitsu’s research into image recognition and processing technology, is a contactless, hygienic, non-invasive system that’s fast, accurate, and easy to use. Simply hold your palm a few centimeters over a small scanner, and within a second the scanner captures a near–infrared image of your unique vein pattern. A proprietary algorithm takes this image, converts it into a digitized biometric template, and then matches it against a database of pre-registered templates. If a perfect match is found, your identity is verified.
