Our Live Scan solution includes hardware and a flexible software solution that allows for add-on capabilities such as FBI Channeling, Print-to-Card, FINRA, ChildID, Card Scan, and SWFT specific fingerprinting. Our solution offers the flexibility to enhance your service offerings and meet the needs of your clients.

Easily add on any of the following capabilities:

FbF® LiveScan – Print-2-Card can be used to create digital fingerprint records which are then printed out onto FD-258 Civilian fingerprint cards. This can be used in any state that still accepts cards. It can also be used to fingerprint anyone who needs to send their fingerprint cards out of state for licensing, permitting and national background check purposes.

FbF® Card Scan enables you to become a collector and submitter site. This means you can digitize fingerprint cards and then submit the new digital records to your state or other channel depending upon the software modules you have purchased.

FbF® LiveScan – SWFT enables you to create digital fingerprint records for DoD contractors and then submit these records electronically as a Third-Party submitter to SWFT (Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission).

FbF® LiveScan – FINRA enables you to create digital fingerprint records for Securities Brokers and Dealers and then submit these records electronically to FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).

FbF® LiveScan – FBI Channeling enables you to create digital fingerprint records for anyone who is a legal resident of the US who needs a national background check and submit those records electronically to the FBI through our FBI Channeler. Some examples include legal residents who are trying to immigrate to the US; those who are seeking public housing; and those who are traveling, working or studying internationally.

FbF® LiveScan – ChildID enables you to create digital fingerprint records of children for parents or guardians that want to have fingerprint records of their children.

We practice immigration law and need to quickly check the criminal records of our clients to determine eligibility for relief. Obtaining results of ink and paper FBI requests sent by mail were taking months and thus we sought a system which could give quicker results. Fulcrum’s system allows us to fingerprint the clients right here in our office without the mess of ink and paper and we typically receive the results within ONE MINUTE, often less. The true measure of customer service is how a company reacts when there is a problem. As a newbie with this system I had many dumb questions that were patiently, and rapidly, responded to via the company’s trouble ticket system.
