Fulcrum Biometrics welcomes Elizabete Andrade Brandão as the Business Development Manager for the LATAM region. Elizabete formerly worked with Fujitsu Brazil as the Regional Sales Manager for South America.

Elizabete started her career at Fujitsu in 2011 as a Presales Consultant for PalmSecure products. She was promoted to a Technical Sales Representative, and then to the position of Technical and Sales Coordinator for PalmSecure. From October 2011 to March 2017, Elizabete’s career at Fujitsu was dedicated exclusively to PalmSecure, including one of the largest biometric projects for PalmSecure in the region (one of the largest banks in Brazil).

In 2017, Elizabete was invited to be the Branch Manager for the Fujitsu office in Bogotá, Colombia. From 2017 to 2019, Elizabete focused on the management and supervision of the Fujitsu branch in that territory. She was responsible for the business not only in Colombia, but also in Peru and Ecuador. In April 2019, Elizabete returned to Brazil where she took the position of Security Solutions Manager. Her responsibility was to manage the sales team in Brazil for the Fujitsu hardware portfolio. From May 2021 to July 2023, Elizabete acted as a Regional Sales Manager for South America, managing the sales team in Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

Elizabete is an IT professional with over 17 years of experience in IT ranging from software development, pre and post sales of biometric technology, sales and branch management.  She holds a B.S. in Information Systems, a postgraduate degree in Development of Enterprise Systems, and an MBA with focus on business in the Americas. 

With Elizabete’s leadership, Fulcrum Biometrics will embark on the exciting process of absorbing the entire LATAM PalmSecure sales region from Fujitsu Brazil effective December 1st. In addition to PalmSecure, Elizabete will be responsible for offering other Fulcrum solutions including the multimodal Fulcrum Biometrics Framework (FbF) as well as the rest of the portfolio of biometric hardware and software available from Fulcrum. Fulcrum Biometrics is a subsidiary of Fujitsu Frontech North America.
